All prices displayed on the Epic Systems website are inclusive of taxes. Prices include any applicable promo code discounts. Epic Systems reserves the right to modify sales prices at any time and without prior notice.



Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or any other relevant accompanying document, along with a standard receipt.



The product images showcased on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. The weight of the products listed on the website is approximate and should be considered as such.



An order placed by a customer will be binding for Epic Systems only if the entire order process has been successfully completed without any error messages appearing on the website. Customers will receive an order confirmation message via email, including a summary of the products, their prices, and the general and specific conditions related to the order.



Customers have the option to cancel their entire order by 3pm Estern Standard Time. Any cancellation requests received beyond this timeframe will be handled in the best possible way we can and may not result in a cancellation. It is not possible to modify an already received order. Therefore, customers must first cancel the incorrect order and then place a new one for the desired products on the website. To cancel an order, please send an email to Sales@EpicSystems.Tech specifying the exact reference number of the order.



Customers can pay for their ordered products using the following methods: credit card (including prepaid), PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery or Pick Up (COD) if local to Randolph NJ. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Secure payment transactions are conducted through Stripe (for credit cards) and PayPal, utilizing SSL protection protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
